1. What is your return policy?
At REIGN, we are currently unable to accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. Our commitment to quality means that every product we send out is carefully inspected and packaged with love.

 

2. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for products that are damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, let us know right away by contacting us at contact@reigncurls.com  and we’ll take care of the rest. Our products are designed to promote healthy, hydrated curls, and we want every REIGN customer to experience the magic of their haircare routine.

 

3. What is your shipping policy?

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. We know how important it is to get your curly hair care products quickly, so we work hard to ship your order as fast as possible.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple for you.

  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers like USPS, ensuring your products reach you safely. Our shampoo, conditioner, and curl cream are all packed securely to protect them during shipping.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We recommend tracking your order using the provided tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your  products as they make their way to you!

 

4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. As our brand grows, we are eager to expand our shipping options to more curly-haired kids around the world. Stay tuned for exciting updates!

 

5. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us ASAP at contact@reigncurls.com, and we will do our best to make adjustments before it ships. We want to make sure you get the perfect products for your child’s curls!

 

6. Are your products safe for children?
Absolutely! All of our products are free from sulfates, parabens, silicones, fragrances, phthalates, and mineral oils. We carefully choose ingredients like organic aloe vera, hemp seed oil, and silk amino acids to hydrate and nurture your child's delicate curls. REIGN products are gentle, safe, and effective – ideal for curly-haired children who deserve the best.

 

7. What hair types are your products best for?
REIGN’s products are designed specifically for curly, coily, and wavy hair types. Whether your child has fine waves, bouncy curls, or tighter coils, our Shampoo, Conditioner, and Magical Leave-In Curl Cream will nourish and enhance their natural texture. From defining curls to adding moisture, our products work harmoniously to keep curls happy and healthy.

 

8. How do I use your products?

  • Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, massaging gently into the scalp and working through the ends. This sulfate-free formula gently cleanses while infusing your child’s curls with nourishing ingredients like lavender and rosemary extracts.

  • Conditioner: After shampooing, apply the conditioner generously to damp hair. Packed with jojoba oil and pro-vitamin B5, this conditioner leaves curls hydrated and manageable.

  • Curl Cream: Apply to damp or dry hair to enhance curl definition. Our Magical Leave-In Curl Cream uses aloe vera and silk amino acids to boost curl definition and keep hair hydrated, soft, and bouncy.

 

9. What should I do if my child has sensitive skin?
While our products are formulated to be gentle on all hair types, we recommend patch-testing any new product on a small area of your child’s skin before applying it to their hair. We pride ourselves on using organic ingredients that are kind to sensitive skin, but we understand that every child’s skin is unique.
