At REIGN, we are currently unable to accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund. 2. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for products that are damaged or defective. 4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. As our brand grows, we are eager to expand our shipping options to more curly-haired kids around the world. Stay tuned for exciting updates!
5. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us ASAP at contact@reigncurls.com, and we will do our best to make adjustments before it ships. We want to make sure you get the perfect products for your child’s curls!

8. How do I use your products?

Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, massaging gently into the scalp and working through the ends. This sulfate-free formula gently cleanses while infusing your child’s curls with nourishing ingredients like lavender and rosemary extracts.

Conditioner: After shampooing, apply the conditioner generously to damp hair. Packed with jojoba oil and pro-vitamin B5, this conditioner leaves curls hydrated and manageable.

9. What should I do if my child has sensitive skin?
