Return Policy  (No Returns)

At REIGN, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products for your child’s curly hair. Due to the nature of our products and to keep prices affordable for our customers, we are currently unable to accept returns.

 

Exchanges:

  • If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us at contact@reigncurls.com within 7 days of receiving your products. We will gladly arrange for an exchange or send a replacement, depending on availability.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or issue a refund for the affected product.
